1933 Print Air Travel Aviation Map Flight Line Western - Original Color Print
This is an original 1933 color print map of air travel in the United States. The legend shows independent airlines, as well as United Air Lines, Transcontinental & Western Air, the General Motors Group, Eastern Air Transport, and American Airways. Also highlighted in this piece is the Candler (Coca-Cola) field restaurant, the Columbia Gorge, Lambert (Listerine) Field, Lindbergh, General Airways Ltd., and several others. This map offers a wonderful look into the nation's aviation history. Please see additional images and note that this piece is printed on two pages-- but could easily be framed together. Please note that there is printing on the reverse.
